1. missing meals
2. irregular meals
3. cigarette smoke
4. perfumes
5. bright lights
6. sunlight
7. stress
8. Depression
9. Prolonged concentration
10.birth control pills
My doctor also told me not to eat:
bananas
Pizza
Aspertame
Yogurt
Hot Dogs
Chocolate
Chinese food
...among other things.
