The doctor concluded that she just had been given too many shots at one time. She was given 5 that day. She said at that amount, anyone would have a reaction. The treatment: Benadryl and warm compresses. I did this yesterday and already the rashes are fading! amazing!
I worry about all the mercury in the shots still though. I hope that she doesn't develop autism or something. She's so smart I'd be really mad if that happens. I guess I just pray and hope for the best.

A Vaccine Reaction

My daughter had to get her shots for kindergarten. A total of 5 separate shots. OUCH!!! 2 days after she received them, she began to develop a rash right at the injection site. I really didn't think a whole lot about it because she's never had a reaction before and just thought it would go away. A few days later, I noticed that it was bigger and now she also had a rash on her other leg (the other injection site) so then I really started to keep an eye on it. I traced around it like they say to do so you can see how much bigger it gets. Over one night, it had already grown well out of the circles I made, so I made an appointment. I don't know what the doctor will do about it or if there's even anything that can be done. Hopefully it's not a big deal. We'll see! I'll write again and let you know how it goes. She'll be seeing the doctor today.
